Responsibilities
- Provide legal guidance on corporate, contractual, employment, and financial services issues.

Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree is required.
- Active membership in the State Bar of California.
- 3 to 5 years of legal experience, preferably in the financial services or credit union sector.
