Job Summary
This role involves leading pre-clinical drug development activities, focusing on key areas such as screening, target engagement, and evaluating therapeutic efficacy. The candidate will also be responsible for managing relationships with contract research organizations (CROs), devising funding strategies, and assisting with business development aimed at ocular therapeutics.
Responsibilities

- Manage relationships with CROs to enhance project outcomes.
- Develop and implement funding strategies for ongoing projects.

Qualifications
- PhD in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry following graduation.
- Proven expertise in both in vitro and in vivo models.
- Track record of publications in the ocular research domain.
