Job Summary
This role involves delivering mobile hospice and euthanasia services for pets alongside their families within the St. Augustine vicinity and neighboring areas. The veterinarian will manage approximately three to four appointments daily, ensuring a compassionate and unhurried approach, while operating independently with access to mentorship and support as needed.
Responsibilities
- Provide hospice and euthanasia care for pets and their families.
- Conduct an average of three to four appointments daily in a mobile setting.
- Work independently with mentorship and support resources available.
- Ensure a compassionate and unhurried service for pet owners.
Qualifications
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine or equivalent qualification.
- Valid U.S. driver’s license is required.
- Availability to work some weekends.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds independently and 100 pounds with assistance.
- Must pass background checks and motor vehicle record checks post-hire.
