Job Summary
The Maintenance Technician III is responsible for performing advanced maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the proper functioning of facility systems and equipment. This role requires a seasoned technician with expertise in handling complex mechanical and electrical systems, as well as a commitment to maintaining high safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Conduct preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment to extend their service life.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues effectively.
- Execute repairs and modifications on a variety of systems including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- Collaborate with other maintenance personnel to achieve operational goals.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; further technical training is preferred.
- Significant experience in maintenance and repair, ideally in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Ability to read technical diagrams and schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving aptitude and attention to detail.
- Valid driver’s license and the ability to lift heavy objects.
