Job Summary
The Floating Maintenance Technician position is based in Omaha, Nebraska, and requires an onsite presence. This role is pivotal in executing a variety of maintenance tasks, responding effectively to service requests, and resolving issues as they arise. The technician will report directly to the Property Manager and will collaborate closely with the Senior Maintenance Supervisor or the Senior Roving Maintenance Supervisor.
Responsibilities
- Perform various maintenance tasks to ensure the functionality and safety of properties.
- Respond promptly to service requests and address maintenance issues as they come up.
- Coordinate with the Property Manager and other maintenance supervisors for smooth operations.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards during maintenance operations.
- Document maintenance activities and prepare reports as required.
