Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Pediatrics, particularly in the Operating Room (OR) setting, located in Dayton, OH. This position offers a competitive compensation rate starting at $48 per hour and is an onsite role requiring full engagement in patient care.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the safety and well-being of pediatric patients during surgical procedures.
- Assist physicians in implementing and executing the prescribed plan of care.
- Monitor patients’ conditions pre-, intra-, and post-operative.
- Collaborate with the medical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Qualifications
- Current Ohio RN license is required.
- Prior experience in pediatric nursing, especially in an OR environment, is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team setting.
- Knowledge of pediatric surgical procedures and protocols.
- Must be able to handle emergencies calmly and effectively.
