Job Summary

The Frac Manager is responsible for overseeing and directing all aspects of the hydraulic fracturing operations within a specified region or project. This role involves ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with industry standards while managing resources and personnel effectively to meet operational goals.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise hydraulic fracturing operations, including equipment and personnel management.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and environmental regulations during all operations.
  • Coordinate with engineering and field personnel to optimize fracturing design and execution.
  • Manage the logistics and procurement of materials and services necessary for fracturing operations.
  • Conduct performance analysis and develop strategies for continuous improvement.

Qualifications
