Job Summary
The Frac Manager is responsible for overseeing and directing all aspects of the hydraulic fracturing operations within a specified region or project. This role involves ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with industry standards while managing resources and personnel effectively to meet operational goals.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise hydraulic fracturing operations, including equipment and personnel management.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and environmental regulations during all operations.
- Coordinate with engineering and field personnel to optimize fracturing design and execution.
- Manage the logistics and procurement of materials and services necessary for fracturing operations.
- Conduct performance analysis and develop strategies for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in hydraulic fracturing operations and field management.
- Strong understanding of industry practices, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage teams effectively.
- Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions to enhance operational efficiency.
