Job Summary
The Community Living Program Manager is responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and management of community living programs. This role involves ensuring that the programs provided meet the needs of the individuals served while promoting independence and quality of life. The manager will work closely with staff, community partners, and stakeholders to ensure effective operations and compliance with relevant regulations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance community living programs to ensure they meet the individual needs of participants.
- Lead the team in delivering high-quality support services to individuals in community settings.
- Establish and maintain relationships with community partners and stakeholders to advocate for program goals.
- Monitor compliance with state and federal regulations, ensuring all programs are operated within legal guidelines.
- Conduct training and workshops for staff to improve service delivery and program effectiveness.
- Evaluate program success and implement improvements based on participant feedback and performance metrics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
- Experience in program management, particularly in community living or social services.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with various stakeholders.
- Knowledge of regulations governing community services and programs.
- Demonstrated commitment to promoting the welfare and independence of individuals with disabilities.
