Job description
The Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the comprehensive program schedule for various product releases happening simultaneously. They will guide cross-functional teams to guarantee timely delivery of projects and act as the main contact for resolving project-related issues. Collaboration with the supply chain team will be essential for managing material logistics and production schedules. Applicants should hold a bachelor’s degree and possess a minimum of 8 years of experience in program or project management, demonstrating a successful history of coordinating product launches. Expertise in project management software, familiarity with Lean Manufacturing concepts, and strong leadership abilities are necessary, while PMP or PgMP certification is favored.
