Job Summary
The Program Manager for Manufacturing will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of manufacturing programs. This role requires a strong focus on project management, ensuring that all initiatives align with production goals and organizational standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver manufacturing projects on time and within budget.
- Monitor project progress and performance, adjusting plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with engineering, quality assurance, and operations teams to ensure alignment with production targets.
- Manage stakeholder communication, providing regular updates on project status and outcomes.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to avoid delays.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in program or project management within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
