Job Summary
The role of Lead Consultant in Ports and Marine Civil/Structural Engineering is centered in Portland, Oregon. This position requires the consultant to engage in the design, construction, and inspection of marine structures and facilities relevant to ports. The ideal candidate will become an integral part of our National Maritime team, contributing their expertise in engineering to enhance project outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead projects related to the design and inspection of marine and port-related structures.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project objectives are met.
- Provide expert guidance and consultancy in civil and structural engineering practices.
- Support quality assurance and compliance with industry standards throughout project lifecycles.
Qualifications
- Possession of a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution (ABET).
- Demonstrated experience in the field of ports and marine engineering.
- Proficiency in relevant engineering software and tools.
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
