Job Summary
The primary role involves greeting and supporting both walk-in and scheduled customers, either in person or over the phone. The objective is to comprehend their financial requirements and suggest appropriate banking products and services. Furthermore, this position aims to ensure an inviting client experience by effectively communicating the features of digital banking tools, collaborating with various specialists, and adhering to the established banking policies and regulatory frameworks.
Responsibilities
- Welcome clients in person and over the phone, providing assistance with their needs.
- Identify and understand clients’ financial requirements to recommend suitable banking products.
- Deliver a friendly and supportive client experience throughout all interactions.
- Explain and assist clients with digital banking tools.
- Collaborate with specialized staff to address complex client needs.
- Ensure compliance with banking policies and regulations in all client dealings.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent education from a foreign institution.
- Strong communication skills paired with a client-service mindset.
- Ability to effectively resolve client issues and meet risk and compliance requirements.
- Willingness to work branch hours, which may include weekends and occasional evenings.
- Preferred: A minimum of one year of relevant sales experience.
- Preferred: A college degree or military equivalent experience.
