Job Summary
The Accounting Lead is responsible for managing the accounting outputs for a collection of golf clubs, guaranteeing that financial reports are precise and compliant with GAAP standards. This position includes directing a team of accountants, performing quality assurance checks, and acting as the main communication link for operations stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Oversee accounting deliverables ensuring accuracy in financial reporting.
- Supervise and mentor a team of accountants.
- Conduct quality control reviews of accounting processes.
- Act as the primary contact for operations stakeholders regarding financial matters.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible accounting experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or senior accounting role.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related discipline is mandatory.
- CPA certification is highly preferred.
