Ensure precise medical records are maintained and provide education to patients and their families regarding health management and pain relief methods. Candidates must hold a valid LPN license in Oklahoma and have completed an accredited practical nursing program. Additionally, a current CPR/BLS certification and a valid driver’s license with dependable transportation are required.
