The Home Health Scheduler is responsible for coordinating the assignments of staff and patients, ensuring precise data entry into the Epic system. This role involves managing alterations to schedules, addressing patient inquiries, and promoting effective communication between healthcare staff and patients.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate assignments for both staff and patients.
- Accurately input data into the Epic system.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Preferred: Minimum of one year of experience in scheduling or a related health care setting.
