Job Summary
The primary goal of this role is to oversee the daily operations of the poultry cone-line deboning process, ensuring that production goals, quality standards, safety regulations, and customer satisfaction are achieved. The position also focuses on enhancing throughput, yield, labor efficiency, and the overall reliability of operations.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily poultry deboning activities to align with production and quality benchmarks.
- Enhance throughput, yield, labor utilization, and operational dependability.
- Lead and mentor production supervisors and hourly team members.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
- Provide performance updates and recommend corrective actions to plant management.
Qualifications
- A minimum of five years of management experience is essential, particularly within the poultry processing sector.
- Experience in shipping operations is advantageous.
- Strong leadership and effective communication abilities are required.
- Must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work.
- Availability for various shifts, including holidays and weekends, is necessary.
