Lead approximately 45 production employees to maintain safe, efficient production, meet quality standards, and execute the production plan across the shift. Coach and develop employees, manage timekeeping, support hiring and training, and drive continuous improvement in coordination with plant leadership. Requires at least five years of supervisory or leadership experience in a production environment; manufacturing supervision experience is preferred. A bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, industrial management, or a related field is preferred but not required, and candidates should bring strong safety, quality, communication, problem-solving, and computer skills.
