Job Summary
The Registered Nurse (RN) for the Operating Room in General Surgery plays a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care within a surgical environment. Responsibilities
- Adhere to the five medication rights to ensure accurate medication administration.
- Employ precise surgical techniques and support corrective measures as necessary.
- Collaborate with the surgical team to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Monitor patients pre- and post-operative to assess their recovery and respond to any complications.
- Educate patients and their families on post-operative care and recovery processes.
Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse license in the State of Connecticut.
