Job Summary
The position of Travel Nurse RN – Registered Nurse First Assistant offers a competitive salary of $3,062 per week and is located in Springfield, Oregon. This role is primarily onsite and is critical in supporting surgical teams and enhancing patient care.
Responsibilities
- Provide assistance during surgical procedures as a Registered Nurse First Assistant.
- Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure high-quality patient care before, during, and after operations.
- Monitor patients’ vital signs and recovery progress post-surgery.
- Adhere to medical protocols and standards of care at all times.
- Educate patients and their families regarding the surgical processes and post-operative care.
Qualifications
- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Experience as a Registered Nurse First Assistant preferred.
- Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
