Job Summary
The role requires delivering safe and effective nursing care to patients, following the established policies and standards of the facility. The nurse will also be responsible for creating, executing, and assessing care plans suitable for various age groups, while actively leading and coordinating the healthcare team.
Responsibilities
- Provide safe and competent nursing care to patients in compliance with facility policies.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate age-appropriate care plans.
- Lead and coordinate the activities of the healthcare team.
Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited or NLN-approved RN program.
- Current nursing license or permit in Texas.
- Possess BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
- Ability to successfully complete pre-employment assessments.
