The Claim Investigator plays a crucial role in the examination and investigation of insurance claims, assessing their legitimacy, precision, and adherence to organizational standards. This position entails collecting evidence, conducting interviews, and visiting sites to detect possible fraudulent activities and facilitate equitable resolutions of claims. Applicants should possess a minimum of five years of experience in claims management or three years within a special investigative unit, or five years in a law enforcement capacity. A valid driver’s license is mandatory, and candidates are expected to have completed college coursework in areas such as business, insurance, or criminology.
