The Duty Manager is responsible for supervising aircraft maintenance activities, focusing on safety, adherence to regulations, and maintaining operational readiness throughout their shifts. This role involves giving technical guidance to maintenance technicians, collaborating with airline clients, and overseeing maintenance tasks during irregular operations. Applicants are required to have an FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) license alongside 3 to 5 years of experience in the field of aircraft maintenance. The position necessitates the ability to work rotating shifts within a 24/7 operational framework and the capability to secure the necessary airport security credentials.
