**Job Title: Engineer**
The engineer will be responsible for spearheading the creation and standardization of specifications for materials and processes related to solid rocket motor systems, facilitating the transition from prototype to full-scale production. This position will also require the engineer to act as a subject matter expert in polymeric materials, oversee qualification initiatives, and address any production challenges that arise. Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in a pertinent engineering discipline, coupled with a minimum of 5 years of experience in aerospace or defense materials engineering. A strong background in propulsion materials, excellent documentation skills, and the capability to obtain a U.S. Top Secret security clearance are essential qualifications.
