Applicants should possess a minimum of 5 years of advancing HR experience with a focus on hands-on generalist functions, alongside familiarity with HRIS technologies. A solid understanding of U.S. labor laws and excellent interpersonal skills are essential, while experience in Canada or Brazil is viewed as an added advantage.
