The Operations Coordinator oversees the daily functions of the shop, focusing on technician workflow, documentation of work orders, and inventory management. This role acts as a bridge between management and the technicians, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and maintaining high standards of customer service. Ideal candidates will have previous experience in an automotive repair shop or in fleet maintenance, alongside robust organizational and communication abilities. Vocational training in automotive repair is advantageous, and a valid driver’s license from the US is mandatory.
