Job Summary
The Clinical Operations Project Manager- Patient Advocacy will leverage technical, project management, and operational skills to enhance the execution of our clinical programs. This role focuses on various components such as site training, patient recruitment and retention, as well as engagement with patients and researchers to gather insights and feedback.
Responsibilities
- Implement the strategy targeted at site training, patient enrollment, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
- Collaborate with CTDC Consultants and relevant Clinical Design Delivery & Analytics (CDDA) units to translate strategy into actionable timelines and deliverables.
- Assist in developing training and educational materials by coordinating with consultants and subject matter experts, overseeing the timeline and reviewing processes.
- Facilitate internal communications and systems to optimize project execution.
- Maintain awareness of necessary tools and platforms relevant to CTDC operations in the targeted areas.
- Ensure compliance by managing and updating electronic Trial Master File (eTMF) records as required.
- Engage with CTDC team for continuous improvement of operational standards and methodologies.
- Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication for effective interactions with clinical trial participants and healthcare professionals.
- Coordinate with external partners for vendor, patient, and healthcare professional collaborations.
- Foster a team environment that emphasizes strategic and technical leadership.
- Provide technical assistance to ensure the integration of project processes within CDDA functions.
- Support the development of practical strategies that can be effectively implemented in our clinical programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in a scientific or health-related discipline or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years of experience within the pharmaceutical sector.
- Comprehensive understanding of trial and protocol design and its implications for site operations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, essential for building relationships with partners and implementing process enhancements.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in both collaborative and virtual team settings.
- Willingness to travel occasionally, around 30-40% of the time.
