Chromatography Lab Technician

Chromatography Lab Technician will provide analytical support to various business units by facilitating or leading efforts relating to fundamental knowledge generation, product development, competitive analysis, technical support, and routine testing
Chromatography Lab Technician Responsibilities:
- Assist in the liquid chromatography laboratory by preparing samples for analysis
- Generate, organize, interpret, and report data in support of technical projects and service requests
- Maintain data integrity to ensure the highest quality of results
- Work with the chromatography team to understand the customer needs
- Potentially support additional lab groups based upon testing demand and workload
- Communicate and interact with a broad range of internal customers
- Meaningfully convey technical information across departments and divisions
- Troubleshoot and maintain test equipment and procedures
- Actively participate in safety programs, ensure compliance with safety procedures, and maintain good housekeeping
Chromatography Lab Technician Requirements:
- B.S. in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or Materials Science
- Minimum of 2 years of analytical chemistry lab experience in industry with LC and/or LC-MS (or other chromatographic techniques)
- Experience writing technical reports
- Demonstrated project management experience including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Must possess strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to build relationships with colleagues at multiple levels of an organization
- Must be self-motivated with ability to handle, organize and prioritize multiple tasks and be able to perform under pressure to meet deadlines
- Demonstrate scientific curiosity and be results-driven
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Office
