**Child Mental Health Worker**
The Child Mental Health Worker is responsible for conducting screenings, assessments, and therapeutic interventions tailored to children’s developmental or behavioral challenges. This role involves working closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team to facilitate coordinated care, as well as implementing activities appropriate for the child’s age and offering support to parents. Candidates should possess a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, or Psychology and be eligible for licensure with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences or the Board of Psychology. A minimum of one year of experience in delivering co-occurring services and engaging with vulnerable populations is essential.
