The Residential Sales Specialist plays a key role in promoting and selling pest control solutions to both prospective and current clients through conducting home evaluations and identifying their needs. This position requires working closely with technicians and other internal teams to create proposals, finalize sales, and guarantee excellent service quality. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or an equivalent qualification, along with a valid driver’s license. Prior experience in sales or as a pest control technician is advantageous, as is the capacity to handle physical activities in diverse settings.
