We are seeking a committed Surgical Technologist to join the Lake West Medical Center Operating Room Team in Willoughby, Ohio. This role involves providing specialized nursing care to patients and their families while ensuring that sterile procedures are followed effectively.
Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing and maintaining a sterile environment for surgical procedures.
- Support the surgical team by ensuring necessary instruments and supplies are available.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives in the Operating Room.
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited Surgical Technologist program.
- Understanding of surgical procedures and sterile techniques.
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with patients and healthcare team members.
