Job Summary
The role involves the creation of realistic transaction settings and the development of complex tasks that incorporate valuation, financial modeling, and sell-side advisory services. The position also requires the use of innovative agentic AI technology to create and evaluate various deal documents including Confidential Information Memoranda (CIMs), pitch books, and valuation models.
Responsibilities
- Construct detailed and realistic transaction environments to facilitate effective financial analysis.
- Design and implement multi-step tasks focused on valuation and financial modeling.
- Leverage agentic AI tools to streamline the development and review of deal materials.
- Prepare key documentation such as CIMs, pitch books, and valuation models to support client presentations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in investment banking or mergers and acquisitions (M&A).
- Demonstrated hands-on experience with agentic AI applications in a financial context.
- Active CPA certification is required.
- Ability to produce high-quality, client-facing deal materials effectively.
