Job Summary
The Director of PACE Operations plays a crucial role in overseeing the daily management, execution of policies, and comprehensive monitoring of the PACE program. This position collaborates closely with the Medical Director to guarantee effective financial performance, adherence to regulations, and delivery of high-quality services.
Responsibilities
- Administer day-to-day functions of the PACE program.
- Implement policies and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Monitor overall program performance and quality of service delivery.
- Collaborate with the Medical Director as part of a leadership dyad to enhance operational effectiveness.
- Ensure financial performance meets organizational standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- At least 8 years of progressive experience in healthcare management.
- Strong skills in planning, organizing, and supervising in a physician dyad model.
- Completion of mandatory reporter training.
