Job Summary
The role of the Registered Nurse involves providing comprehensive nursing care, evaluating patient conditions, and executing care plans within a secure environment. This position also includes supervising auxiliary staff and offering patient education in line with hospital protocols.
Responsibilities
- Deliver nursing care and assess patient needs.
- Implement and manage individualized care plans.
- Supervise and coordinate with ancillary personnel.
- Educate patients and their families according to established standards.
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- possession of a valid Registered Nurse license in the State of Michigan.
- Current BLS certification.
- Additional certifications such as ACLS, NRP, or PALS may be required based on unit specifications.
