Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic Medical Assistants (MA), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN), or Registered Nurses (RN) to become part of our Enterprise Float team at the Enterprise Clinic. This position is based in Elbow Lake, Minnesota, and requires the employee to work onsite, providing essential support across various departments as needed.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality clinical support and patient care in diverse healthcare settings.
- Assist with patient assessments, documentation, and routine procedures.
- Support nursing staff and coordinate patient interactions with multiple departments.
- Ensure compliance with health regulations and standards of care.
- Effectively manage patient information and maintain accurate records.
Qualifications
- Current certification or licensure as a Medical Assistant, Licensed Practical Nurse, or Registered Nurse.
- Demonstrated experience and proficiency in clinical practices relevant to the position.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with patients and the healthcare team.
