This position also supports the General Manager in areas such as inventory management, workforce supervision, and staff training to enhance business performance. Ideal candidates should have a minimum of one year of experience in the restaurant or retail sectors, with a strong preference for individuals who have held a shift lead position for at least three months. Applicants must be at least 18 years of age, have reliable transportation, and exhibit excellent communication and leadership abilities.
