**Occupational Therapist**
The Occupational Therapist is tasked with assessing, treating, and overseeing care plans for individuals with conditions affecting the upper extremities. Responsibilities include supervising support staff, fostering relationships with clients, and applying evidence-based methodologies to achieve optimal clinical results. Candidates should hold a degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program and possess current national registration along with state licensure. A minimum of one year of experience in hand therapy is necessary, or the successful completion of the Select Therapy Hand Rotation Level 2.
