**Job Title**: Crisis Intervention Specialist
This role involves delivering specialized assistance and immediate crisis interventions to individuals experiencing mental health issues and substance use disorders. The specialist will ensure that all program activities are consistent with the organization’s mission, guidelines, and established procedures. The position requires a high school diploma or G.E.D. and a minimum of one year of experience working with clients facing emotional challenges. Additionally, candidates should have firsthand experience with mental health recovery and hold a valid driver’s license.
