Job Summary
The Forklift Operator plays a crucial role in efficiently operating industrial trucks to handle and transport materials within the facility. This position is vital for ensuring that inventory is managed accurately and that materials are supplied to other team members as needed.
Responsibilities
- Operate industrial forklifts to move, stack, and transport materials within the facility.
- Maintain accurate inventory records to support operational efficiency.
- Provide necessary materials to other workers promptly.
Qualifications
- Previous experience operating forklifts is required.
- A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Experience in the lumber industry is considered advantageous.
