Job Summary
The Account Data Analyst is responsible for monitoring and evaluating the performance of commercial tires through fieldwork conducted at fleet locations, and compiling findings into detailed reports for clients. This role involves collaboration with sales teams to showcase performance insights and discover service opportunities for significant accounts.
Responsibilities
- Conduct fieldwork at fleet sites to assess tire performance.
- Compile and deliver comprehensive customer reports based on collected data.
- Work closely with sales teams to identify and highlight performance trends.
- Uncover service opportunities for key clients based on analysis.
Qualifications
- Experience in the tire industry or a closely related technical field.
- Strong skills in data analysis and familiarity with CRM software.
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Capability to perform physical tasks and willingness to travel regularly within designated territory.
