**Job Title: Account Manager**
The Account Manager is responsible for executing sales and retention strategies specific to health insurance accounts, leveraging performance metrics to achieve revenue and growth objectives. This role involves fostering and sustaining relationships with clients, brokers, and consultants while overseeing the comprehensive renewal process. Applicants should hold a bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or have a minimum of three years of pertinent experience in sales, account management, or the insurance sector. Furthermore, candidates are expected to acquire designated disability and health insurance licenses for Washington and Oregon within three months of their start date.
