The Activity Aide plays a vital role in designing and conducting enjoyable activities, including games, arts and crafts, and fitness routines for residents. This position involves offering direct support to residents, facilitating their involvement in activities and fostering a friendly atmosphere. Ideal candidates will possess strong communication and interpersonal abilities, along with a cheerful and upbeat demeanor. Prior experience with seniors is advantageous but not mandatory for applicants.
