The role of adjunct faculty involves instructing online nursing courses, fostering an engaging and effective learning atmosphere, and offering prompt feedback to students. Additionally, the faculty member will participate in professional growth activities, contribute to departmental responsibilities, and uphold academic integrity in line with institutional policies. Applicants should possess a terminal degree (PhD, EdD, DNP, DNE) or a master’s degree demonstrating outstanding content expertise, alongside an active, unrestricted registered nurse license. A minimum of 5 years of full-time clinical experience and current Certified Nurse Educator (CNE) credentialing are essential.
