Job Summary
The Fellow will oversee a tailored collection of projects that encompass various operational areas such as quality enhancement, capital initiatives, and interdepartmental collaborations. This role also involves engaging in executive strategic and financial discussions with senior management to acquire valuable operational insights.
Responsibilities
- Manage a customized portfolio of projects focused on operational domains.
- Engage in quality improvement and capital project initiatives.
- Facilitate cross-departmental projects and initiatives.
- Participate in strategic and financial discussions with senior leadership.
- Gain experience in operational management through participation in high-level meetings.
Qualifications
- Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree and be on track to certify, license, or graduate within 12 months.
- A Master’s degree is preferred for applicants.
