Job Summary
This position involves working the second shift from 3 PM to 11:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with a requirement to rotate weekends. The ideal candidate must be equipped to handle all responsibilities associated with the Central Sterile Processing (CSP) roles. This role is particularly focused on a facility that deals with heavy orthopedic and loaner equipment.
Responsibilities
- Perform all functions related to Central Sterile Processing, ensuring adherence to protocols and standards.
- Manage and process orthopedic and loaner equipment efficiently.
- Work collaboratively with team members to maintain a high standard of service during shifts.
- Demonstrate flexibility and readiness to rotate weekend shifts as required.
Qualifications
- Experience or training in Central Sterile Processing is preferred.
- Ability to handle heavy orthopedic equipment and loaner items.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality in all tasks.
- Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment and adapt to changing demands.
