Job Summary
The Affordable Compliance Associate is tasked with ensuring adherence to affordable housing regulations within a diverse range of properties. This role involves evaluating income certifications, performing audits, and delivering training to guarantee that program guidelines are consistently followed.
Responsibilities
- Oversee compliance with affordable housing regulations for assigned properties.
- Review and assess income certifications to ensure proper documentation.
- Conduct thorough audits to verify adherence to requirements.
- Provide training and support to staff and stakeholders regarding compliance processes.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- A minimum of four years of relevant experience with LIHTC or similar affordable housing initiatives is essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is mandatory.
- Professional certification, such as HCCP, is preferred.
