Job description
The role of AI Engineering & Enablement Lead involves the creation of an AI Hub Center of Excellence focused on embedding enterprise AI tools within the software development lifecycle. Responsibilities include designing frameworks for agent deployment, ensuring compliance within the healthcare sector, and guiding a hybrid team to produce high-quality AI solutions for production. Applicants should possess a minimum of 8 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architectural role. Expertise in deploying LLM-based systems, working with cloud AI platforms, and understanding AI governance in regulated settings is essential.
