**Job Title: Alarm Monitor Operator**
The Alarm Monitor Operator is responsible for the continuous monitoring of more than 600 alarmed zones at the Fort Cavazos military base, ensuring effective communication with police dispatchers during any changes in status. This position also entails the upkeep of comprehensive event logs, handling maintenance requests, and offering guidance and training to fellow team members. Applicants should have a high school diploma or an equivalent qualification, with a preference for those who have additional education in security or management. The role necessitates demonstrated experience in team supervision, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to acquire and maintain a security clearance for classified materials.
