Job description
Job Summary
The Analytical Lab Technician plays a vital role in supporting laboratory operations by performing a range of analytical tests and ensuring accurate data generation essential for research and quality control. This position is integral to the development of innovative solutions and maintaining high standards in analytical processes.
Responsibilities
- Conduct a variety of analytical tests to determine the composition and properties of different substances.
- Ensure that laboratory equipment is properly maintained and calibrated.
- Document results and prepare detailed reports for review and analysis.
- Assist in the development of new analytical methodologies and techniques.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot any issues related to experiments or equipment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, or a related field.
- Prior experience in a laboratory setting is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and laboratory data management systems.
