Job Summary
The Ancillary Clinical Coordinator for Dr. Maiella will play a crucial role in facilitating and managing ancillary clinical services to ensure optimal patient care. This position involves a variety of responsibilities tailored to support the medical team while enhancing efficiency and service delivery within the practice.
Responsibilities
- Oversee coordination of ancillary services and ensure seamless integration with primary care operations.
- Assist in the scheduling of patient appointments for ancillary tests and consultations.
- Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure adherence to protocols and streamline workflows.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for patient inquiries related to ancillary services.
- Coordinate with insurance providers to facilitate authorizations and payment processes.
Qualifications

- Experience in a clinical setting, preferably within an ancillary service context.
