Job Summary
The Respiratory / Neuro Diagnostics role (CRT/RRT) is essential for providing specialized care in respiratory therapy and neurophysiological diagnostics. The professional in this position will be responsible for administering treatments, performing evaluations, and utilizing diagnostic tools to assess and support patient respiratory and neurological health.
Responsibilities
- Administer respiratory care interventions according to established protocols.
- Conduct neurodiagnostic procedures to evaluate patient conditions.
- Monitor patients and adjust care plans based on physiological responses.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care strategies.
- Document patient information accurately and maintain comprehensive medical records.
- Educate patients and families about respiratory and neurodiagnostic processes.
- Stay updated with advancements in respiratory therapy and neurodiagnostics.
Qualifications
- Certification as a Respiratory Therapist (CRT/RRT) is required.
- Experience in respiratory therapy and neurodiagnostic testing is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in assessment and evaluation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for patient interactions.
- Ability to work effectively within a collaborative healthcare team environment.
