**Job Title: Answer Center Technician**
The Answer Center Technician is responsible for delivering circulation, navigational, and general service support to library users through both phone and email communications. Key duties include overseeing patron accounts, addressing queries, and enhancing library functions by performing reporting and administrative responsibilities. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or GED, coupled with a minimum of two years of experience in a library, bookstore, or a customer service environment. Strong proficiency in English is necessary, and a willingness to maintain a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, is crucial.
